I started trying OTC hearing aids as soon as they became available in October 2022. Banglijian is the best I've tried. It has clear sound without background white noise or hum. The behind-the-ear part is smaller than most and practically unnoticeable; the black ones I got blend right in with the ear pieces of my glasses. If you have a shaved head and don't wear glasses you might do better with the beige ones. The volume buttons and the on/off switch are easy to reach and identify with one hand. For the ear dome, the part that goes into the ear canal, they have two styles in small, medium and large, one of which is sure to fit your ear.They have a wonderful service department. I emailed them because the rod to use to help pull the aids out of the ear canal are not in the original package and I wanted to request them. I heard back from them by the next day, asking me if I wanted any additional ear domes and being very interested in seeing that I was going to get the best experience from their product that I could. If you have severe hearing loss, OTC hearing aids are probably not the right thing for you, but, if you find you are turning on closed captions on the TV (which I have been doing for a while) and having to ask people you are talking with to repeat themselves, these could be a help.
