The online store of STHOUYN was a major letdown for me. Although the costs were low, I was not impressed with the quality of the furnishings. Unfortunately, the furniture I bought for my house was not as solid or well-made as I had planned. The situation was made worse by the useless and slow responses I received from their customer care team when I tried to address my concerns. They were obviously not interested in fixing the problem or making amends with me. In addition, I had trouble understanding and using the website. The search bar was useless, making it difficult to locate the goods I needed. To sum up, STHOUYN is not an internet retailer I can endorse. I was upset and dissatisfied with their low furniture quality and useless service. If you're seeking for reasonably priced furniture that's also of higher quality and backed by superior customer service, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.
