I am currently using Sabrent but will most likely have to return the device. It goes on and off on my Macs every time I transfer more than a few hundred GB to or from it. UPDATE - The drive was no longer constantly being unmounted and not even mounted on multiple Macs. Even on Windows, the Sabrent software was able to recognize the case, but not the SSD itself. Looks like it blew up in just a few days. I come back. DO NOT BUY. Note that the 8TB drive turned out to be what was in the 4TB box (shrink-wrapped) I purchased, and it came direct from Sabrent. There were no instructions, only a TB cable was included. Apparently they sent me a defective return disguised as something new (to be honest it would be a real gift if the 8TB drive worked! Sadly no). I was, and that since the drive is a QLC drive, I could only copy files in small batches to avoid disconnects. This is nonsense of course (I have other QLC drives) and shows their tech support is clueless - although I assume they were responsive and trying. I will never buy from this company again.
