Well, first of all, these shoes run WAY smaller. I usually have a 9 and a 9.5 fits just right. I have narrow feet so I don't mind, but if you have wide feet or prefer a looser fit, go up a full size. Nike Metcon, Nobulls, UA and these are by far my favorites. They have a ton more cushioning than any other shoe, with a slightly higher heel height of 8mm compared to the 4mm typically found in training shoes, but that makes them better for Metcons runs. I would probably choose a flatter training shoe for deadlifts and squats, but as an all-around shoe it's great, which is what I was hoping for.
