After all these years of messing around with antennas I should have known better. Just background: I'm 23 miles north of New York, almost all stations are a straight line at 207-208 degrees south of me. A decent Yagi directional antenna should pick up all stations on the VHF band for New York. But alas, this antenna appears to be little more than a wire hanger (which it generally is). Build quality is average at best. Note that the arch array on the back appears to be mostly decorative as it doesn't actually make metal contact with the main array, so not sure what that intention was. Adding an amp didn't help. Generally very disappointed. I was expecting better given the other reviews, at least to improve on what I had before, but again, you should take all those antenna reviews with a grain of salt.
