Review on KEEN Mens Austin Chocolate Brown Men's Shoes by Chris Cooper

These shoes were a replacement for an old Keen Austins I bought years ago. I only wear them occasionally as I've bought them at most 4 or 5 times in a short period of time. Fits great and is comfortable right out of the box. For this reason I am a big fan of Keen shoes. However, I took these shoes on a trip last week and wore them once while walking around Ghent for a few hours on a rainy afternoon and noticed when I got back to my apartment that the right heel had completely come off the sole of my shoes (see photo). Although they were bought three years ago, these are of course essentially new, unworn shoes. I am very disappointed and hope the issue is an annoying defect and not a degradation in the quality of the shoes which I have come to expect from this company.
