Review on 🧼 WHITE+BLACK+DECKER Grimebuster Power Scrubber Brush BHPC130 by Maria Gray

Received this today. I, like another reviewer, found the battery cover to be difficult to remove. I ended up using the blade of a knife to open it. Also, it is HARD to turn on as I read in another review. I finally did it and the brushes rotated very well. to quickly open the battery compartment to disconnect. *UPDATE* I have emailed Black and Decker notifying them of the issue. They send me another one after checking my registration. *UPDATE #2* I haven't heard from Black and Decker in over 2 weeks so I contacted them again. The reply said they didn't honor the warranty but the parent company did and they sent me a link to email them. homeappliancesupport@spectrumbrands.com I did that and hopefully the issue is resolved. Very unpleasant. The Spectrum brands claimed they would not honor the "power tool" warranty and recommended that I contact Black + Decker. Did this including the message I received and a few hours later I was informed that another one had been sent to me. I got it today and it works. I found the easiest way to turn it on and off is to push it with a sharp object. I could hear a click when it's connected well.
