I placed my chair order more than a month ago. Unpacking, I noticed the seat was damaged; I informed the vendor, and they said, "factory marriage, sorry, sorry, send us a photo by mail, we will change everything." After sending, I heard nothing back. Again, I called and was told the email was not received. During my conversation with the operator, I resent it. They claimed the letter had been received and they would forward the request to the maker. The marriage was then officially verified in writing, and I was assured that I would be notified as soon as the required component arrived at their storage facility. A month has passed since then with naturally neither an answer nor any greetings. I tried calling the only number listed, but I was told that "the subscriber's number is blocked." The chair is neither the most nor the least priced option available. Absolutely wasteful of your time and money. Thank you very much for your "prompt resolution of the problem" and for turning off your phone, seller.
