We have been working with KICT since 2010 - they are always professional in their approach & very responsive when it comes time too implement new solutions or services that help us grow as an organisation (such as Salesforce).

The team at kick i ct has become my own personal go-to person whenever there is something technical going wrong within one of our environments! They offer expert advice around all aspects from security through storage space issues right up until implementation/deployment phases. Nothing really but would like more training opportunities available so everyone could understand what's happening under the hood each day. Having someone who knows exactly how things work inside your network makes life easier if you're not familiar yourself :).
