Not easy to use Good for eyesight
I have found that blue light blocking glasses that I wear over my standard glasses are more comfortable to use. It was quite difficult to put them on my glasses and they got them dirty. If I wear them all the time they might be ok. However, I did not like that the device in the nasal area affected my vision.
