Review on Brydge 7.9 Keyboard for iPad Mini 4th and 5th Generation - Aluminum, Wireless, Rotating Hinges, 180 Degree Viewing (Space Gray) by Elmito Yeager

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Well made, perfect complement to the iPad Mini 5

For those of us who live and die by our iPad Mini 5, this is the keyboard. ZAGG used to have the best KEYBOARD, but in a completely unfortunate case design. All ZAGG ratings are the same; great keyboard, totally stupid and crappy case that almost fell apart with every use. I was one of the reviewers. This is the only keyboard that looks like a real keyboard; Cheaper models just don't feel like this one. I can actually type fast on this thing and the key spacing is about as perfect as a teenage keyboard can be. Brydge did it perfectly by simply removing the crappy plastic parts. The "clips" and rubber pads that hold the iPad in place are perfect; Super easy to install iPad, super easy to take out. The hinges are easily adjustable (if needed) to increase or decrease the pressure on the iPad, but the device is perfect as delivered. Others have commented that the color doesn't match, but it's very, very close, enough that I don't care. Edit after one week of use. This thing is perfect. The clamps have a great design; Upon closer inspection, they are surprisingly well designed and constructed. The rubber feet on the bottom are made of high quality material that stays in place very well. It's "Apple Grade" build quality. I made a final improvement with the Ringke Apple Pencil holder. This is the ideal laptop configuration for teenagers.
