Review on YARKOR Tofu Press: Effortlessly Enhance Tofu Flavor by Extracting Water, Dishwasher Safe by Aaron Gonzalez

I have just received this item and have only used it once but it is exactly as advertised. The plastic parts feel solid, the spring is well constructed and has collected about a half inch of water from the i-lb. firm tofu. I often use a brand of tofu that comes in two 1/2 pound blocks, pre-cut and packaged in a two-compartment plastic container. The Yarkor press perfectly stacks both blocks lengthways side by side. The entire block is only half an inch larger than a pound of tofu and takes up very little space when stored in the refrigerator. I hope this baby lasts a long time as it actually works as promised. It's much easier than the old two plate over strainer method and very inexpensive.
