Does what it's supposed to do after conversion
Does what it's supposed to. As stated in another review, and this was the case for me, use a drill and drill out the fine teeth. I found mine wouldn't fit on the shaft without this. I grabbed the slotted side with pliers to prevent it from being twisted by the drill bit. As a supplement I bought a micro bit ratchet and along with a set of magnetic bits from a cheap tool store pulled the old one out and the new one was there like a bathing suit in no time. Be sure to watch a YouTube video about it. A few people have videos.
