super comfort and good support
If you need extra cushion and comfort, this is your mat. The gym in my building has concrete floors that are covered with a thin carpet. A regular yoga mat is still too thin but this mat will do the trick! On the flip side, this mat is very thick, so it rolls up big and the carry strap is not very good at all. Overall, good value for the money.
- So far so good. I use it every day. Durability I’m not sure yet I will find out in another month.
