I really like this screen protector.1. Installation2. Texture and Sensitivity3. Screen quality 4. Complaints 1) This is the first time I've put a screen protector on any of my electronic devices and it was pretty easy, they give you instructions in the box and also have a video guide that takes care of all my questions . 2) Matte is also a great texture (rough, but not to the point where your Apple Pencil wears out easily) and a decent thickness. It works great with the Apple Pencil (I have the 2nd generation). It's really like writing on paper, the sensitivity isn't compromised by the stylus, although fingers may need to press a little harder, but not so much that it bothers everyday use. Still quite sensitive in my opinion. 3) The protective film does not affect the quality of the screen much. Colors aren't heavily muted, so your iPad experience shouldn't be much different with or without a screen protector. The protector also helps a bit against glare, I had a warm and cold light iPad and the glare wasn't as noticeable when I didn't have a protector or with glass. 3) 2 complaints I have are oil and thickness. I want the oil to be visible from hands when enough, but it can be wiped off with an alcohol wipe. The thickness is decent and it offers good screen sensitivity, but I'm not sure if it's a screen protector, but if you're looking for a screen protector that will stand up to rough handling (that's why I bought a case that also covers the screen covers ) [Your customer service is very fast and reliable. For those who are concerned about possible issues that might arise.] I just love writing on paper and this has made my writing on the iPad so much better. If you like a matte texture that doesn't detract from your iPad's screen quality, you should buy this. In summary, the purchase is really a must.
