I heard about this product from a YouTuber who bought it for his girlfriend and I had to buy it immediately! I had no idea such a thing existed! I have dry lips and I always carry a lip balm with me, but I usually lose it somewhere at the bottom of my purse. This keeps my lip balm attached to something I can't lose and gives me easy access to it. Love it. I haven't tried it with all sizes of lip balm though. I use Nivea Stick lip balms and they go together perfectly.
