Neck To Tight on my review.
I have a 3 lb poodle. I ordered the extra smalland it fits well except for the neck, it is way to tight and is not going to stretch out. I am going to try cutting the neck part of the sweater off. My poodle has a very skinny long neck so if it doesn’t work on her I can’t imagine other breeds wearing this. It is cute but I would not order again.
