This budget and lightweight fan is inexpensive but does a good job. It comes with a USB cable, but I had to use my personal GS9 Android phone adapter to plug it into the wall as I didn't want to plug it into my computer's USB port. There is a 3-speed button on the back. You can also tilt it slightly and it will stay in place. A slightly quieter and lighter little fan that I put on the kitchen counter to cool off while I do the dishes.
