I used them to make a center channel for a 1968 Dodge Dart. They sound good unless the volume is really high, at which point they distort a little and pop a little. I heavily lowered the high setting on my stereo because those tweeters are definitely the center of attention and get your attention. Lowering it made everything even and reduced popping. THESE TWITES ARE HUGE. I know they have them in Revain's auto department too, but beware - they're nearly 2 inches deep and about 4 inches wide, and the footprint is about 3 inches, so if you don't have that much room to work with. , look for a flush mount or surface mount tweeter.
