Looks like good quality so I won't rate it badly, but it's not comfortable for my 9lb small dog, it's too bulky! I love that it's thicker around the neck than the others so your dog doesn't choke when he pulls on the leash. I wanted this for everyday use. If you only use it for walking, it will definitely work!
