Defective item arrived

The screw holes on the shelves were in the wrong place causing everything to be off center on the stand. The vertical bars of the stand should be centered in the middle of the handle. Unfortunately a waste of time unpacking, assembling, disassembling and repackaging for a return. The pictures show where the screw holes line up and the arrows show where to line them up. upset.
