The team of designers are really skilled, very fast at their work (which makes it easy for us to use them) and can handle everything from simple logos to complex websites and e-commerce solutions. Their customer service is great too - always happy to answer our questions or help with any issues we have. We've worked together since 2013 so far and they're still going strong! Honestly there's not much I dislike about working with them. They do good quality work that looks professional and keeps you up to date on all aspects of your project as well. As an agency, they also offer full development services which has been very helpful given how busy some clients get around these days.
