Overpriced and useless in the current design.

First of all I have to say that I really hate writing bad reviews. If something is in between, I may/may not write about it, most likely not. If I find something great/valuable, I write about it. A product has to be terrible, not just bad, I mean worse than bad, to write a bad review about it. This not-so-smart Keysmart falls into that awful category. Love the concept, it eliminates the bulge that a regular key ring does. Only the HUGE design flaws outweigh the only good thing about this key holder and put it in the horrible category, a waste of money for me. It wasn't a gift, I bought a not very fancy case with my own money. Now for the questions. 1) Along with the casemart, you get an accessory like a bottle opener. The problem with poor design is that the slot for attaching, say, your car's key fob is to an accessory. This means that if you attach your key fob to this not-so-keySmart, that end is utterly useless. You try to use the key, and at that end your key fob or bottle opener slips out and interferes with use of the key, rendering access to the keys at the end with the bottle opener/accessory slot useless. 2) No accessory slot ONLY. ALL accessory slots are part (on the opposite end) of useless accessories like a bottle opener. 3) I tried using the accessory slot that came with the main keymart. They are not compatible with each other. The Keysmart Pro is slightly larger than the basic Keymart. The distance from the screw to the edge of the keymart pro is much larger than that of the basic keymart. All accessories should be interchangeable, but they are not. This is another bad design decision. 4) The tile finder in this device has a limited distance, can be 15 to 20 feet. If you are in the same room and enable Tile on your phone, Tile/Music ringtones MAY sound on the Keymart Pro. Don't expect to get the 100-300ft activation distance you get from a regular tile. 5) The sound from Tile Locator is very low, you need to make sure there is no sound at all in the room, otherwise you won't hear anything. When I mean no sound, I mean no television, no radio, no air conditioning running, and no one speaks, not even a whisper. The room must be absolutely silent for you to hear the tile beeps/music melodies. With your keys stuck between your sofa cushions, forget about hearing noises. The built-in keyboard in the Tile is drowned out by any pillow or small sofa cushion. Maybe I'm just used to turning on a tile and hearing it from one end of the house to the other and finding it and its associated item very quickly. 6) The two screws, one at each end, holding everything together are constantly being loosened. If you have a belt clip, the screw will come off completely and you won't notice until you drop all your keys on that end. I added a dab of Loctite to the screws to try and hold this not-so-smart Casemart together. 7) A tiny flashlight on a Casemart Pro is useless. A) Very dim, does not emit enough light even if, for example, a woman cannot look into her purse. B) It's not very keysmart built into the key holder. There is no way to look up the correct key when you have several similar keys. So a cheap, useless, weak flashlight is just a trick to add value. Overall a good concept but an extremely awful design. I cannot and will not recommend this overpriced keychain in its current condition. Recommendation: 1) Disconnect the accessory tray from the accessory. 2) Redesign of all accessories to make them universal for all keymarts key holders. 3) Attach the screws, make them self-locking to keep the thing together. 4) Increase tile volume. Maybe add some speaker mounts so the sound can escape and be heard. 5) Finally, on the Keymart Pro, get rid of the useless little flashlight and negotiate a better deal with Tile to bring the price down. The tile is only $15, the tiny flashlight is less than $1. However, they increased the price from $20 for a basic key to $50 for a professional key. There is no $30 cost increase. With BASIC limitations with tiles and a useless flashlight, maybe a $10 raise IF you fix the issues listed.
