I got this bad boy because I'm working at my desk and I started experiencing symptoms of what I thought might be Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. Some pain in my left arm/arm but not so bad that I wanted to schedule a doctor's visit. Instead, I decided to buy myself a good handheld massager and settle down. The first few days everything was fine. The screen was a bit dim, making it difficult to see the settings, but when I rotated it to the right angle, it was manageable. In the second week the screen was completely broken. There were weird lines running through it, the light was kind of dimly lit unless I was hallucinating, I really don't know it was that dim. By then I had managed to memorize a very simple slate, so I continued anyway, irritated but not entirely deterred, until week three. He stopped working completely. Nothing. dead as a nail It's not like I've done anything weird with it. We didn't bathe together. I don't have any kids here that use it for soccer practice. I'm the only person who works from home and has just been sitting next to me at the desk the whole time. There's no reason he should have rushed it out. UPDATE The seller contacted me about this review, apologized for the experience, and sent me a replacement item. it even arrived the next day. Customer service is excellent.
