At the time of writing this article we had no problems with the protective film. Installation was pretty easy. Read the instructions. This was the first time I've used it with an adapter to plug into the charging port and it made life easier. We used a screen protector similar to my son's S10 and their adapter wasn't good because the screen protector kept falling out of the holder. This holder fixes the protective film on the screen. It makes life easier. Don't push the adapter in too hard, as this will end up making it more difficult to remove the extra layer of protection from the adapter. We had no issues with fingerprints. They work. So this protective film allows this function to work. We haven't dropped our phones or had anything to scratch ourselves on, so we don't yet know how that part works. As we've only had these phones for 2 weeks, we don't know anything about durability yet. If anything happens, I'll update the review. But overall, this product is a good screen protector.
