Inconvenient to use/Could be a gift idea
More general lighting. Looks good when the bathroom light is off (if you don't mind leaving it on all night and the bathroom is used multiple times during the night), this can be a good bathroom night light. It's otherwise impractical and basically only looks pretty for that brief moment when you turn it on, see it, then turn on the bathroom light and don't see it. It would be better if there was a sensor on the lamp and it turned on when you walked by. Could make a good light for the hallway or kitchen at night.
