Didn't work for us. Connected to Cisco.
We didn't like it. I connected to a Cisco phone but couldn't talk through it even though they checked for compatibility. Heard but not spoken.
- Will not work with an RJ11 jack that is wider than the phone or headset jack (6 positions instead of 4). The RJ11 jack is in the wall. RJ9, RJ10, RJ22 is what is on your phone or headset.
