Mom bought this product as a gift for her daughter. She was so excited when she received it but cried when it happened again the next day. I called MGA and they just told me they will do nothing to replace the product for my upset daughter as it was purchased 30 days ago whether it is a gift or not. What a great service to their customers. Based on other reviews, you should stay away from these products. I have never been so disappointed in customer service in my life. I would give 0 stars if I could.
