It was sent in an envelope and all the packaging was damaged. And it was a gift! The cat had paint scratches on the inside. To be honest it looked like it had been returned and resold. I ended up just gifting it to my daughter from New York and when she tried to remove the battery tab it was gone.

I expected more. Parts are difficult to put in a toy's mouth and are not designed to stay there. They have to press hard to activate the sensor in their mouth. My 7 year old struggled. It would be better if he spoke in words rather than gibberish. It's cute but I expected more from this company and the LOL series.

Mom bought this product as a gift for her daughter. She was so excited when she received it but cried when it happened again the next day. I called MGA and they just told me they will do nothing to replace the product for my upset daughter as it was purchased 30 days ago whether it is a gift or not. This seemed like a good gift for my 9 year old daughter's stockings as she recently started collecting LOL dolls. The included accessories are cute. I think it ran a total of 4 minutes before it started stalling as if it needed new batteries. We changed the batteries to see if that helped and a minute later same thing.
