This will be the BEST $70 you've spent in a long time. I've had both large Aomais models (go & life), Doss Soundbox, Beats Pill, Jbl Charge 3, a few other regular 20w, 30w and 40w speakers (this IS 50). W-KING D8 HANDS DOWN sounds better than ALL. it is both LOUD and CLEAR and does not distort a single bit at maximum volume. It's built like a tank - it's very well made hard plastic/ABS material, but THICK (not cheap flimsy plastic at all). and passive subwoofers (yes, TWO - one at each end) are capped so they will NOT bang or vibrate against anything no matter how you set up, sit or place the speaker. you know what ? Don't even waste your time with any of the other models mentioned. Spend another $5, $10, or $15 (or the same $ as some others) and get this one. .& oh yes, on the other hand, DO NOT spend more than $25, $50, or $100 to get THAT QUALITY OR LESS. THIS IS THE BEST AMAZON SPEAKERS ABSOLUTELY RIGHT NOW FOR $50-150 (and I'm sure it's better than many around $200). I played it at maximum volume for 3 hours and it still has 3/4 battery life. Check out some video reviews on YouTube - this speaker is as good as they all say it is and the critics' praise is 100% legit/verified/certified! and it weighs 5 pounds simply because of its solid quality
