Let me just say THIS THING IS AWESOME! Okay, I'm 5'8, 230. I have quite a few extras and wearing dresses hasn't been on my "to do" list for almost 10 years. I looked at the negatives more than the positives of every review and concluded that those who didn't like it were already oddly shaped and didn't really notice, didn't follow the sizing instructions or didn't must actually be molded what they got. I wear a 42D bra now and I didn't support my breasts like a bra. I did feel the chest area retracted more as it was lifted and supported, but that's not a bad thing. I just put on my favorite bra and the outfit actually helped me stay strong and upright and improved my posture. You don't need panties with this outfit. There's enough hole here to become number 1. Also, you may need an acrobat to help you get out of shape and carry it on the go. Once you've put it on, position yourself and your clothes where you want them to be. I felt very comfortable and confident in my dress with this shape. I chose based on my measurements, not the normal dress size I wear. I chose the largest size and it was correct. When you take it out of the box you will gasp at how tiny it looks. You wonder where everything else is. You'll even wonder if you have matching underwear, and the answer is yes. Treat it like a pair of hosiery, stretch it out a bit and just start squeezing it in. You may think that this is impossible, but I assure you that it is not.
