As part of my health regimen, I modified this to include sodium, magnesium, potassium and trace mineral supplements. I add a few drops to my 32 ounce ice tea in the morning and just feel like it's a good addition to my magnesium and potassium pills. Last night when I had leg cramps I put a few drops in tea and drank it and the cramps went away quickly. I can't prove why, but it was definitely timely relief. And that aligns with my feeling that this liquid form is more readily available than other supplements. I am satisfied, a doctor friend of mine recommended it to me.
