This bottle is good enough, but ultimately too fragile for something that gets used and abused so often. I like to carry a water bottle with me every day. I appreciate the fact that this bottle has a good cap so it doesn't leak into my pocket and ruin my phone (like the more expensive bottle did a few years ago). And it's a good size - holds a decent 24 ounces. although not so large that it was uncomfortable to carry. But damn, he's fragile. The first problem was when I was taking it to a bike lesson and it fell out of the bike's cup holder. We're talking a 15-inch drop on the soft gym floor. Crack! The castle was destroyed. Okay, annoying, but I can still use the metal clasp to keep the lid closed. Then this morning my wallet fell off (again a small drop - less than a foot in this case) and the whole part of the lid shattered. Now it's completely useless. I've been using the same travel coffee mug for about 15 years - can't believe my water bottle lasted less than a year. So generally a good bottle but I decided to replace it with something stronger. .
