Lower than I expected.

Overall I give this item a 3/5.#1 - Suction Regulator, IS918 differs from IS903, although both use the same IS for InnoStar. (In case any of you are wondering what's going on at Innostar). Well, it's a TLC flash drive, even if it's TLC, the read speed is the same as a USB2.0 device running at full speed. For small files there is almost no 4K speed. Anything else terrible? #2 - NAND flash, it's TLC 1CE, that means write speed won't be high. We will not know the quality of the NAND flash either. Overall I would give this drive 3/5 stars.
