I assembled this chair very easily. I like the feel of the seat and backrest, but there are downsides. Wheels don't roll easily when someone is sitting. I only weigh 170 pounds and the wheels seem to lock up when I try to move across the hardwood floor. The neck brace also offers no support. It's so far back even if you adjust it. I'm only 5ft 4in so maybe the headrest is for a much taller person. I will probably need to get better wheels so they can move faster and easier. My previous chair, which was smaller, had better wheels.
