Product was completely destroyed

I wasn't sure what to expect based on other reviews and the fact that it was from a third party and not Bath and Body Works but I did learned my lesson The glass was completely broken and the product spilled all over the packaging. I couldn't even open it fully because I couldn't see where all the broken glass was. The package was sent in a huge box compared to the size of the product and there was no additional protection other than tiny (loose) bubble wrap on the items. At least I know it smells good!
