The lotion was NOT cracked/broken which I was very nervous about after reading the reviews but I went with it and they may have updated the packaging (tried to insert an image). prevent it from happening. The lotion is a bit "watery" but the bottle is warm to the touch, so maybe it's still warm from the heat? I'm very satisfied, that's my only complaint.

Basically what they buy in bathroom and body work but on Amazon! I have no complaints. I bought these for my mother in law and she loves them. The packaging was also nicely wrapped in bubble wrap which was a nice touch.

Product is as pictured and fast shipping. Edit: I just separated the lotion and soap, the lotion cracked, the soap is fine. It seems to have held up to international shipping. :(

I love this set. That's great. I used it for the first time last night and even put it on my husband because it's so good. It smells really nice and you can see how soft your skin is. It has a cool feel that I think will help you unwind after a bad day. The rain was also carefully wrapped not to break too much. I love it and will definitely buy more

My goods arrived a few days ago and today I am opening and disinfecting my things. There are no cracks or seepage. Great bubble wrap for items. All original flavors. I noticed that after the purchase the price went up. This is a great purchase for a fantastic product. Also, I smell amazing! My next purchase is a body butter.

This product smells nice and is an effective lotion for dry skin. Ideal for legs after shaving. I just tried the shower gel and it doesn't take much and is way better than any brand on the store shelf. My 17 year old daughter spends a lot of money on these products and this is her new favorite. Try a candle. Long-lasting, refreshing and calming fragrance. I'm looking forward to the body spray!

Great for when you're relaxing at the end of a long day and just need an extra boost to relax. The lotion is especially good for those of you who struggle with dry, itchy skin in the winter (or any time of the year!). Nice little set for the money you pay. A bottle alone costs around $14-15, so saving a few bucks is a good idea.

I wasn't sure what to expect based on other reviews and the fact that it was from a third party and not Bath and Body Works but I did learned my lesson The glass was completely broken and the product spilled all over the packaging. I couldn't even open it fully because I couldn't see where all the broken glass was. The package was sent in a huge box compared to the size of the product and there was no additional protection other than tiny (loose) bubble wrap on the items. At least I know it…
