Hello everyone. This is my second Apexel product. My wife bought me a set of Apexel 10 in 1 lenses last month. I liked it so much that I decided to try this 18x lens. Watch my unboxing and testing video with the extended range lens. The video is long but full of test videos. The macro and wide angle lenses work just like the one I already have from the 10 in 1 kit and bolt together for a wide view. This is my favorite selfie lens and I use it in my Youtube video. I actually use it at the beginning of the video below. I don't like macro lens. I need to learn how to take more macro photos. The monocular is great! I love that they added a screw to the locking mechanism to keep the lens from moving during use. It comes with lens cloth, mini gooseneck, adjustable smartphone holder with two mounting points with screws. It also comes with a Bluetooth remote shutter release. Although the docs didn't say it would work with my iPhone 7 plus, it connected easily via Bluetooth and worked with the iPhone's built-in image and video apps. He also worked with the application that Apexel mentions in its user guide. Holding down the button performs continuous shooting. The fisheye lens cover is loose, but that's not a big problem. The monocular comes with a rubber eyecup so you can use it as a standalone monocular without the need for a smartphone attachment. I'm having a lot of fun with this kit. It is easy to carry or pack. If you wear it, you will use it more. I record 95% of my videos and photos on my iPhone as I don't have high speed internet. My laptop is hardly used. The 18x telephoto lens feels rubbery.
