I like how easy it was set up, with great customer service! The system is amazing- not too much customization needed (which some may consider bad).

It helps us keep track of our donors' information easily without having separate software or anything else we need to maintain separately from other things already being maintained by ourselves elsewhere. This has allowed my staff members time back into managing their own donor base instead of trying to remember who gave what when they were working somewhere different several years ago while also remembering all those names themselves at this point.
