Not bad. With the new Speed Trainer 3 they have evolved from a running shoe in the Speed Trainer 2 to a running shoe with a lower profile that helps with lateral movement. The bottom is more structured. Now it looks like a football/baseball coach. A little tighter than the old one, but I wouldn't call it less. It's just a different landing. Good boot. Seems to be more durable than its predecessor.
