Review on Sapphire Systems by Marcus Barlow

All our needs were met in SAP with this product. It was simple for my team members to use and we had instant access from anywhere using mobile devices or web browsers. We could not find anything that i disliked as all our requirements fit into it perfectly! The best part about s/w development within SAP! Great to have such great experience working with SAP and also working remotely via cloud and internet through laptops while staying at remote location which is very convenient. Remotely managed all processes without being physically present so i am able to concentrate on tasks that require me to remain connected. The ability to create customised reports and the ability to export to external systems. There are a few reports that are a bit too technical for some users and the implementation of some new modules has had some issues. I would recommend the product to colleagues looking to implement a robust ERP system. A business benefit is the ability to track financial data and create customised reports. I also like the ease of use and the fact that all data is stored within the system.
