I have had this pair (pictured) for over 2 years. My only regret is that I didn't buy 2 or 3 identical pairs in different colors while the sporting goods store was having a sale! In particular, these versions appear to be discontinued, but the pair I just received appear to be pretty much the same. Same fit, comfort, weight and style. Just because they're classified as sandals doesn't mean you can get sick. You will get blisters like any other regular shoe. I think they are called sandals because of the sole. Be very careful with them on wet roads. Plus, they're stylish enough to wear with pretty pants.
