NOT RUST! best shower accessory

I ordered this to replace the same trolley I bought about 10 years ago which was showing its age. The old one only started to rust in a few places but after that I still liked the design and storage. After ordering this shower enclosure I read the reviews and hoped it was actually stainless steel and not just chrome. It is actually stainless steel. It has been a few months since replacing the earlier model and no rust. As a welder/manufacturer, I am critical when I receive a poor quality product. This caddy is no different. If I were a manufacturer I would have dropped it on QA review. I'll bet everything I have that the sweatshop that assembled it didn't have any welders who could even come close to passing the US certification test. Still, they could have done a better job of securing the parts to the jig before welding because when I took it out of the box it was twisted top to bottom, preventing it from hanging flush on the glass wall I had hooked it to. It wasn't shipping damage, it was welded on. They also had to clean the ends of the side bars after cutting off the excess after welding (maybe the guy had malaria). Each had sharp ends that I had to grind with a grinder to avoid tearing the vein that runs behind my shampoo. As for the twist, I had to attach 2x4s to the top hooks and another 2x4 to the bottom hooks, and do a fair amount of twisting back-to-back to make them lay flat. Something that had to happen after the boss flogged the unfortunate little eight-year-old boy who put it all together. I give two thumbs up for the quality of the weld, the right temperature/depth, the right amount of welding electrode added to the weld. Although I rotated vigorously to align the top and bottom, all the welds held properly (I was sure I'd pop a couple, but no joy). The buyer didn't have to spend hours trying to fix manufacturing defects, but it wasn't a burden to me. All in all I would buy more :-)
