Customer Support - Wireless & Streaming Audio

This product works as described. I had an issue with the on/off switch sticking after about 3 years of use. I contacted Aluratek and they sent me a replacement. After 2 years replacement, the pin attached to the charger came loose from the cable. I called support and they sent me a new cable. So, despite some issues, the company decided to fix them.
