Choking Hazard in Toddler Toys

I don't usually write reviews but when I opened this box I felt the need. I bought it for my 13 month old. According to the description it is for a 1 year old child. But the pieces, especially the rectangle, are SMALL. It's such a choking hazard and I don't want anyone else to make the same mistake. I've included a photo of it versus a standard sized coffee mug for perspective.
