Will buy several of the suggested colors again for the price. See amateur bleeding tests.

(Note that my observations are from a longtime hobbyist, not a pro who needs to make exceptional quality products to sell.) + I don't need to do much in a use white base to get deep colors. On my computer screen, the image of the + SHINING RED BRONZE zip bag looks orange; It's actually a gorgeous metallic deep brick/rusty red straight out of the zip bag and in my white and ivory bases. The result is a really nice dark terracotta/rust red brick. Like it a lot! I will also use this often when I need metallic highlights on a surface! + TITANIUM GREEN BEAUTIFUL! Lively, fresh, bright, pastel, mint green; MY FAV!+LAKE BLUE is a very pretty shade of blue! Reminds me of blue with a slight hint of blue. It tends to bleed/blur/wander a bit, as do many blues and reds (pros buy mica that doesn't bleed). The amount of mica can help.-FANTASY YELLOW = Be sure to look at the close ups which show it is a pale/matte pastel slightly mustard yellow color. I tried it on a white base and it discolours slightly. I hope they eventually offer the "primary color" yellow! + The red rose is beautiful! From the Ziploc package it looks like a mix of red and magenta. Haven't tested it for bleeding/bleeding yet. I'll post a sequel when that happens. + BRIGHT RED colors my white base well and appears red to deep red depending on the amount used. I've only tested this ONCE and weighted the Glimmer down a bit to get "July 4th Red". So while he bleeds/feathers/wanders like many red/blues do (pros buy non-bleed micas on purpose). Maybe you can avoid this by using less mica. Not sure Updated when I test it again if it's not running. Tip I've found that adding a TAD of brown or shimmering red-bronze gives me a deeper red without using much pure red Flak and masks any pinks. (Using less mica also helps reduce bleeding/migration/leaking a bit.) Haven't used this yet. It looks like a yellow tint with a hint of brown. Very beautiful! I will definitely use it when I want a metallic highlight! Not sure yet I've applied it on top of my white and ivory bases and as always the metallic looks flat on those bases as it needs to be on a clear/clear base for the light to get through. reflect the properties of the metal. Let's see if it turns yellow on a white base. I'll update if it works.

Pros
  • good stuff
Cons
  • Can't remember, but there was something
