*Downgraded to 2 stars because the support is ridiculous. Email takes over 24 hours to get a reply. I got a phone number from Revain and a virtual machine. No call for 11 hours. I assume the company is based in China. That's the problem. You cannot remove the case when it is powered on. For example, if you need to take it to Apple for service, you MUST remove the case! I would send it back but I can't take it off! I also can't get support to help me safely remove it without damaging my new MacBook! Perfect fit for the MacBook Pro M1, however the M1 has no cooling vents while the case does. I checked the model number. This is a tricky question, but it's an area where dust, dirt, etc. can get into when it's not needed. Removing the case also seems impossible. I've sent an email to the manufacturer so I'll update if I get a reply. I chose "Clear" and so far so good except for these issues. They literally take 24 hours to answer a simple question and email is the only option. I warn you, deleting this case seems almost impossible. I still have no answer from the support team on how to do this.
