Review on 🐶 CANIDAE PURE, Grain Free Limited Ingredient Premium Wet Dog Food, 12-Case by Jill Jones

Both of my dogs have loved Canidae Pure Lamb in the past. Now there aren't many. I saw that the manufacturer had changed the label and I needed to make sure I was getting the right dog food. It turns out the recipe has changed. The texture is coarser than before, smells distinctly fishy thanks to salmon oil and has 20% more calories. Not a fan. He has a more sensitive stomach, which is why we spend more money on CANIDAE Pure. But his stomach didn't respond well to the new formula. Your dog may or may not mind, but be aware that the recipe is different. Maybe buy and test less. Update: Both dogs have diarrhea from the new formula. Not because it's damaged, but it's different enough to shock the digestive system. We had to narrow it down to the new stuff with the old stuff. In any case, introduce the new formula slowly if your dogs are having stomach problems.
