As in other reviews, I bought a 39-inch version for a fetish game. I was a little disappointed at first as the item is made entirely of hard rubber and rolled tight, including the handle. It seems useless right away, but soak it in a bath of very hot water for a while and you can start shaping it again. It also tends to flex afterwards, but do so just before use and you're good to go. I was very pleasantly surprised at how this thing felt. It hurts like hell! Surprisingly, given the intense pain it causes, it does no serious harm to the subject. I felt like many things did half as much damage and did twice as much damage.
