Pretty good mugs. I am a certified MFD (banking) specialist and work with these banks on a daily basis in a physical therapy setting. I found the cups to be decent and so far they are holding up well. They still need to be hand washed as they are easier to clean than other types of mugs. Very similar to other cup models that can be bought cheaper. I wish they had a curved cup or two or more different sizes we would be perfect. My set didn't have an even number of medium cups, which I didn't find in my set. The pump is fine, but don't squeeze the male and female ends all the way together or you won't be able to aspirate the tissue. I think that's all. Overall a good set but less upgrade than I wanted.
